Dream
Homes
Principal Koré MacKenzie's dream is to contribute to the built environment. Her experience evolved from several aspects of the building industry.
Her experience began with a visual arts education from her mother, followed by a BFA, then a stint in reforestation as a tree planter, 15 years as a carpenter, and lately more than a decade in architecture and interior design offices in San Francisco and Tampa Bay.
Koré MacKenzie designs homes that encourage neighborhood community via front porches and proximity to the sidewalk, while maintaining privacy via maximizing yards and analysis of existing conditions.
Gulfport is a pedestrian community with rich vegetation and mature live oak canopies. This provides an excellent environment for a relaxing evening stroll. Koré’s goal is to contribute to pedestrian scale neighborhoods that maximize green space and foster interaction.
